Today, more parents than ever are working from home and it looks like that arrangement will be part of the new normal for many.  Even the best matched nanny / parent pair will run into challenges working together in the same space.  In this session, we’ll unpack those challenges and you’ll learn to better understand your employer’s needs and expectations while sharing your own; work together to set clear, realistic boundaries that create a comfortable work/home space; and develop a communication plan that takes the guess-work out of who’s where and doing what throughout the day.  Whether your goal is to work collaboratively as a nanny/parent team or better understand and follow your employer’s lead, this session will help you destress and improve your work environment.
