Problem solving is built in to every nanny job description. Being able to respectfully work with parents or other staffers to find a creative solution to whatever problem you’re facing – a boss that’s coming in late 3 nights a week, a co-nanny that has a different caregiving philosophy than yours – is key to being a stand-out employee. In this session, you’ll learn tried and true negotiation strategies used in mediations to work through conflict and come up with solutions that work for both parties. Presented by Lora Brawley.
If you’re unable to make the live session, you can purchase the session and receive access to the recording within 4 days of the end of the live session.
All registrations are non-refundable. If you purchase an individual session and later decide to purchase the series, you will not receive a refund for your individual sessions. Get information on the whole series here.
